Keely McCann is a senior at Ashland High School. Her pronouns are she/her/hers. Like many of us, online learning has been stressful for Keely. She especially dislikes facetime. Her main setup has been at her mom’s house, where internet has been spotty. She enjoyed some of her classes during online learning last spring. Keely enjoys the “chill” nature of Rogue News, as well as the organization of her English class. Keely writes poetry and was going to start a poetry club until the quarantine happened. Her father is a battalion chief fireman, and she wrote poetry for her father to read to the other firemen. Keely was not able to see her father for a month while he was fighting the fires that ravaged the west coast.
