Alex Rockwell is a 15-year-old sophomore at Ashland High School, they were a part of Rogue News last year for the second semester, so this is their second year here! Alex was born in Las Vegas, Nevada but moved to Oregon in 5^th grade. Compared to Vegas, they say Oregon is very different and is much smaller and quieter. They are an only child, which has made them a very independent person who also prefers to work alone. Alex is very creative and loves to draw and design. In Rogue News their main job is designing which they are very good at. They have a very unique music taste they listen to. In school, their favorite subject is history and when they were younger they were into learning about and recovering ancient artifacts especially art from Egypt and other places like that. They also have 3 cats which they love very much!
