Dakota Pavick is a Junior at Ashland High School who has a love of animals. They once had 11 pets at once including a cat named Cleo who they grew up with and was like a sibling to them. Dakota enjoys writing fanfiction and drawing, and their favorite project was creating a story about a fictional universe that even included a mythology system and a religion that was very complex. They are involved in Robotics and AHS Drama Club and are especially excited for the haunted house in the fall. Fall also happens to be their favorite season because it is their birthday season along with their brothers and dads.

Dakota is currently in the Catalyst class, which is an alternative learning program where the lessons are divided into different blocks similar to waldorf. Ashland High School is the first school that Dakota has attended for two consecutive years since fourth grade. After high school Dakota plans to go into early childhood education and become a teacher.
