Argentine Tango Lessons

Argentine Tango Lessons
Can you T-A-N-G-O?

With two you can Tango.

For only $3 dollars a class or $10 dollars a month, you can take Argentine Tango classes at the Ashland Community Center on 59 Winburn Way, Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Feel the passion!

There is a beginner class, which is instructed by Samarra Burnett, and a later intermediate class from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The earlier slot will teach you the basics of Argentine Tango, and make you a pro on the dance floor.

Now your probably asking “Whats the difference between Tango, and Argentine Tango?” Well, the general structure of the dance is different. American Tango is more based on specific dance moves and technique, and Argentine Tango is more focused on the emotion and body language between you and your partner.

“We will show you the essence of this amazing dance” Samarra says in her class description.

Argentine Tango is fun to learn, and even more fun to dance. It is a great skill to have for both boys and girls, and it will last a life time. It’s the perfect way to spice up a boring day.
