Ellis Pryor is a junior at Ashland High School. As a student-athlete, writing sports stories are among his favorites, though he also enjoys writing opinions and political pieces. Though this is his first year writing for The Rogue News, he has previously worked in the sports department for the Medford Mail Tribune. He plans to continue in Rogue News next year and is considering majoring in communications in college. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, and spending time with his friends.
