Just today, our Ashland High School’s own Anime Club announced a winner for its week-long art contest! The competition was formed to create a new image for the Anime Club’s mascot- a blue-haired girl known as “Imouto-chan” (いもうと-ちゃん), or “Little Sister” in Japanese.
Many submissions were brought forward, and after a heated voting session a winner was chosen (found at the end of the slideshow, artist Robyn Lawrence). But first, the runners-up:
